Partyzancka 133/151, 95-200 Pabianice, phone No. +48 42 22 53 100, e-mail address: aflofarm@aflofarm.pl (Aflofarm).The provided personal data will be processed only to respond to the enquiry/feedback pursuant to the consent granted by the person who has submitted this enquiry/feedback (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 i.e. GDPR) as well as on the basis of a legitimate interest of the data controller (in particular defence against any claims).
The only recipients of personal data processed by Aflofarm will be authorised employees of Aflofarm as well as entities providing and supporting Aflofarm’s ICT systems. Personal data contained in the form will be stored for the period arising from the provisions of law and subsequently for the period arising from the statute of limitations. Provision of above-mentioned personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary in order to respond to the enquiry/feedback.
You have the right to request access to content of the data and rectification or erasure of the data or restriction of processing or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability and the right to withdraw your consent to processing of personal data at any time, regardless of legality of the processing done before your consent has been withdrawn.
